Welcome to SleepPulse ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android platforms.
By downloading, installing, or using SleepPulse, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

We do NOT use your data for:
All user data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud-hosted NoSQL database provided by Google Cloud Platform. Data is stored in Google's secure data centers.
The App stores minimal preferences locally on your device (such as onboarding status and theme preferences) using platform-standard secure storage (iOS: UserDefaults, Android: SharedPreferences). No sensitive health data is stored locally without encryption.

All your data is visible within the App. You can view your sleep entries, activities, check-ins, and settings at any time.
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon receiving your request, we will:
You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) by contacting us.
You can stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data. To remove cloud-stored data, please submit a deletion request.
You can disable reminder notifications at any time through the App's settings or your device's notification settings.
SleepPulse is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and you continue using the App. If you request account deletion, we will remove all your data within 30 days of the request.
If your account remains inactive for more than 24 months, we may send you a notification before deleting your data.
SleepPulse is available worldwide. Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers which may be located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on your consent (provided when you sign in and use the App) and our legitimate interest in providing the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
