These terms govern your use of the AI QR Code Scanner iOS application. By installing or using AI QR Code Scanner you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. License

AI QR Code Scanner is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, along with the additional terms below. The license is non-exclusive, personal, and limited to Apple devices you own or control.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use AI QR Code Scanner to scan or create codes that contain illegal content, or to facilitate fraud or impersonation.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app.
You are responsible for the links and credentials you choose to encode or follow.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

AI QR Code Scanner offers an optional subscription, AI QR Pro, along with a one-time lifetime unlock. All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's billing terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Any refund requests are handled by Apple Support.
Prices and features may change; material changes to active subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect.

4. User content

AI QR Code Scanner stores your scan history and created codes on your device (and, if enabled, in your own iCloud account). We do not claim any rights over that content.

5. Third-party services

AI QR Code Scanner uses Google Safe Browsing for optional URL safety checks and Apple's StoreKit for subscription management. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when those services are used.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

AI QR Code Scanner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Decoding results, safety checks, and generated codes are best-effort; always verify critical content (payment URIs, Wi-Fi passwords, event details) before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI QR Code Scanner and its authors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for AI QR Code Scanner in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the author of AI QR Code Scanner resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
