1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Make My Day app ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms incorporate Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) by reference. Where Apple's EULA conflicts with these terms, Apple's EULA takes precedence for the licensed application itself.
2. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the app, except where allowed by applicable law.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
3. Your account & data
The app does not require an account. All data you create — tasks, transactions, habits, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
We strongly recommend you enable iCloud Sync (Pro feature) or periodically export your data using the in-app backup tools. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Make My Day Pro is offered via auto-renewing subscription and a non-renewing lifetime purchase, processed by Apple via the App Store.

4.2 Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Make My Day.
4.3 Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified via the App Store and given the chance to accept the new price or cancel before it takes effect, in accordance with Apple's price-change rules.
4.4 Advertising & the free version
The free version of Make My Day is supported by third-party advertising, including ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree that the app may display ads (banner, interstitial, app-open, and native formats) and that limited data may be collected to deliver and measure them, as described in our Privacy Policy. Purchasing any Make My Day Pro plan removes all ads for the duration of your entitlement.
5. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to store, share, or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that violates the rights of others.
The app provides personal-finance and health-tracking tools as a general utility. The app does not provide professional medical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the app — code, design, graphics, copy, trademarks — is owned by Akash mangukiya or used under license. Your use of the app does not transfer any IP rights.
Content you create in the app (your tasks, transactions, notes, etc.) belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your data.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of your use of the app.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you have paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes all locally-stored data immediately.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app if you breach these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any active subscription.
10. Updates & changes
We may release updates to the app from time to time, including new features, bug fixes, security patches, and changes to the subscription tier structure. Updates may be required to continue using the app.
We may also update these Terms of Use. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
