Help & FAQ
- How do I subscribe to Pro? Tap any locked feature to open the Pro paywall. Choose a plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), confirm with Face ID / Touch ID, and Pro unlocks instantly across the app.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Open iPhone Settings โ tap your name โ Subscriptions โ Make My Day โ Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
- I bought Pro on another device โ how do I restore it? On the new device, open the Pro paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- Where is my data stored? All your data lives locally on your device. We never upload your tasks, transactions, or habits to a server. Optional iCloud sync (Pro) uses your private iCloud โ only you can read it.
- How do I request a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Make My Day purchase, and submit the request.
- The app crashed. What do I do? Quit the app completely, reopen it, and try again. If the problem persists, email us with your iOS version and what you were doing โ we usually ship a fix within 48 hours.
- Why does the app ask for permissions? We only ask for what we actually need. Notifications power task and habit reminders. Camera/Photos lets you attach receipts to transactions. Calendar access lets us read birthdays into the Special Days tool. Each permission is optional โ denying it disables only that one feature.
