By downloading, installing, or using Water Reminder Tracker App ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Water Reminder Tracker App is a hydration tracking and health wellness app that helps you monitor water intake, track beverages and caffeine, manage medications and meals, and grow a virtual garden through healthy hydration habits. The app includes an Apple Watch companion, home screen and lock screen widgets, Live Activities, and smart reminders based on location and weather. The app offers both free and premium subscription features.

2. Subscriptions & Pricing

Water Reminder Tracker App offers the following premium plans:

Monthly Plan: Recurring monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial ($4.99/month USD)
Annual Plan: Recurring annual subscription with a 7-day free trial ($29.99/year USD)
Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase for permanent premium access ($49.99 USD)

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the app before purchase.

3. Free Trial

Monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per Apple ID per subscription group.

4. Auto-Renewal

Important: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your Apple ID at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select Water Reminder Tracker App and tap Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their Report a Problem page. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

7. Free Features

The following features are available without a subscription:

Basic hydration reminders
5 garden plants to grow
7-day history
Apple HealthKit sync (read and write water intake)
Basic home screen widget
Tea, coffee, juice, and milk tracking

8. Premium Features

Premium subscribers unlock additional features including:

AI-powered smart hydration goals (weather and activity adjusted)
Full history with weekly, monthly, and yearly charts
All garden plants (10 varieties)
Apple Watch companion app
All widget styles and Live Activities
Smart location-based and weather-based reminders
Health correlation dashboard and insights
All beverage types (soda, smoothie, sports drink, coconut water)
Medicine reminders and tracking
Meal planner with reminders
Caffeine monitoring dashboard
Data export (CSV)

9. Medical Disclaimer

Water Reminder Tracker App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is designed for general wellness and hydration tracking purposes only. Hydration goals, smart recommendations, health insights, and correlations are estimates and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medicine reminders are convenience features only and do not replace medical guidance. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider regarding hydration needs, medication schedules, dietary plans, or any health concerns.

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
You acknowledge that medicine and meal reminders are convenience tools and not medical advice
You are responsible for verifying medication schedules with your healthcare provider

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of Water Reminder Tracker App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. All personal data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers (except anonymized analytics if opted in).

12. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, icons, plant illustrations, animations, and code within Water Reminder Tracker App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Water Reminder Tracker App and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed reminders, inaccurate health data, or reliance on hydration recommendations. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

14. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the app's functionality but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on third-party services (Apple HealthKit, WeatherKit, StoreKit) are subject to the availability and terms of those services. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
