Water Reminder Tracker App ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

The app stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• Beverage preferences and custom drink types
• Virtual garden progress and plant growth data

Water Reminder Tracker App uses Apple WeatherKit to retrieve current temperature and humidity for your location. This data is used exclusively to adjust your daily hydration goal based on weather conditions. Weather requests are made directly to Apple's servers and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Body metrics (weight, age, gender, activity level), daily hydration goals, reminder schedules, appearance settings, notification preferences, and accessibility settings are stored locally on your device.

Subscription and purchase transactions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. We only receive confirmation of subscription status (active, expired, or in grace period) from Apple's servers.

Water Reminder Tracker App uses local notifications (not push notifications from external servers) for water reminders, meal reminders, and medicine reminders. Notification schedules are stored on-device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

• To display your hydration history, trends, and health correlation insights

• To display widgets, Live Activities, and Apple Watch complications with your progress
• To improve app performance and fix bugs (via anonymized analytics)

3. Data Storage

All personal and health data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Water Reminder Tracker App does not operate cloud servers and does not sync your data to any external database. Your data stays on your device.

Data shared between the main app, widgets, Apple Watch companion app, and Live Activities is kept within a secure App Group container on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Anonymized analytics data is processed by Firebase (Google) solely for app improvement purposes. No health data, HealthKit data, location data, or personally identifiable information is shared with any third party.

We do not use any advertising frameworks, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks. The app does not participate in cross-app tracking.

• Access: All your data is visible within the app at any time.
• Export: Premium users can export their hydration data as CSV.
• Deletion: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. You can also delete individual entries within the app.
• Analytics Opt-Out: You can disable analytics in Settings at any time.
• HealthKit: You can revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health at any time.
• Location: You can revoke location permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services at any time.
• Notifications: You can disable notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > Water Reminder Tracker App at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Water Reminder Tracker App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. GDPR (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. 10. CCPA (California Users)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data. All data is stored on-device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app or removing individual records within the app.

11. Data Security

All data is stored in Apple's secure SwiftData container on your device. Communication with Apple services (HealthKit, WeatherKit, StoreKit) and Firebase uses industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption. We do not store any data on external servers that could be subject to data breaches.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
